Alors ça c'est un poème que j'avais fais pour une évaluation durant ma licence d'anglais. Me jugez pas trop s'il vous plaît silent

Once upon a time, there was a dragon;
Scales as night, eyes as gold;
Who while searching for a peasant with a wagon,
Fell in love with a girl named Marigold.
She was the daughter of the king of Vorm
And was the fairest maiden of the kingdom.

Once upon a time, a princess had a friend;
Scales as night, eyes as gold;
With who she would play without end.
She would put ribbons on his horns, sit on his gold,
Jump on his wigs, play with his claws,
And he would let her without any roars.

Once upon a time, a little girl became a woman,
And as such, was set to marry her father’s man.
She ran to her friend, begging him to take her away.
For leaving with her friend, was a better fate for her, anyway.
And so her friend, scales as night, eyes as gold,
Flew away with her without using a road.

Once upon a time, a princess had a protector.
They both lived happily in a lovely castle
And for any intruders, they felt no terror,
For they were miles away from any cattle.
And this is how the night and gold,
Would have loved to live until they were old.

Once upon a time, there was a knight,
Who to save a princess
From a fate worth than death,
Had gone on a quest to slay a beast of fright
And after killing the beast, scales as night, eyes as gold,
He brought the screaming girl back to her father’s home.

Once upon a time, a princess was back to her father’s home.
A feast was given for the knight,
But for the princess, life had stopped being that bright.
She did not smile, did not talk; she was as blank as the stone.
Until the day a knight came, to swear to her his life as a whole.
And upon this sight, the princess wept tears of joy,
For he had hair as night and eyes as gold.
